12. USER RIGHTS AND LICENSES

12.1 License to Use Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Premium License Duration:

  • Standard Premium: Valid for 10 years from purchase date or until Service discontinuation, whichever occurs first
  • AppSumo Customers: License valid while StoryShots remains operational
  • Transferability: Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser
  • Cross-Platform Access: Premium features available across all supported platforms

12.3 User Content License (Revised)

When you submit User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Display and distribute your content within the Service
  • Modify content for technical compatibility and Service functionality
  • Create derivative works solely for Service operation and improvement

Important: This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except for content that has been shared publicly or integrated into Service functionality.
